Hey everyone,
I wasn’t sure what the rule was on inviting your friends parents? Is there a special etiquette for this?

Unless you are close to them there is no etiquette. We are having my sister in laws parents as we get on with them and our best man's parents but othereise is entirely your choice to invite who you want
