Backless AND frontless bra?!

Anyone know where I can get a bra that's backless and with a clear strap at the front?? And so need a bra that can't be seen at the back or through the mesh at the front! Anyone got any ideas?

    I opened this thinking surely backless and frontless = no bra!

    Could you get one which fits low at the back and then just a sheer front?

    In Primarni they do what look like stick on bra cups that just adhere to your boobage. They're two completely separate cups. I saw them and got a bit freaked out yesterday...
