I made some sour cherry scones from the new Jamie Oliver (Ministry of Food) book a couple of days ago. I froze them raw and have taken them to my SIL's to bake. Unfortunately, I forgot to write down the baking times and temperature!
Has anyone got this recipe book or know what's correct for scones that are 6-7cm in diameter?
Any help appreciated!
