We are getting married next September and are hiring a bar from one of our suppliers. There is no corkage at our venue (gardens) so are planning on providing all of the alcohol for the day and giving it to our guests. However, we are needing to hire bar staff to prepare the drinks and waiters to pass out the toast drinks/canapés. Has anyone done this before and if so where have they gone to hire staff. Could we hire some local bar staff and get a TENs license or should we go through a company to hire staff. Thanks!
