Barn venue hire only in warwickshire surrounding areas

Hello all.

I'm looking at barn hire only for my wedding in May 2019 and I'm struggling to find any where that allows you to bring in your own catering and decorations.

Does anyone have any ideas?

I like the look of shustoke barn but that comes back at 20k without decorations, dj, outfits, cars

I love ashes farm and dodmoor but again these are well over 15k without outfits, dresses, car etc

Location would be either Birmingham, Warwickshire and surrounding areas if the venue is nice enough

You could try

Norton fields barn (they have a page on facebook)

or

Linnage Barns (again i think they have a facebook page)

neither have a lot of online presence as yet because they aren't licensed for civil ceremonies but will be next year.

They also do not allow own catering but use the same catering company as our venue which i find very reasonable NOT in the shustoke barns price range at all but yet a highly rated caterer.

They are leicestershire/atherstone way so worth a viewing possibly.
