Hi everyone,

Just after some advice- we are hoping for an outdoor wedding and possibly having a bbq option. We are hoping for it to be a nice bbq with fish, chicken, steak etc. Just wondered if anyone has done this? Does everyone get up and help themselves from a buffet table? Or does one table at a time go up? Or even have it all on a sharing platter in the middle of each table?.
Just a bit confused on how to go about this! If anyone has done this already or may have this planned, it would be great to hear! Thank you

I see quite a few bbq's at weddings and it partly depends on if you are having a set table plan or just let people sit where they want. But i would say it is 50/50 a table at a time or just let people form a que.
The best thing is approach a few bbq caterers and ask them the way that they usually do it.
Never seen a sharing platter in the middle of the table though.
