I absolutely love "And I love her" from A Hard Days Night, although it is quite slow. Another one we thought of that's a bit more upbeat is 8 days a week xx

I walked in to an instrumental version of in my life so I love it but it does make me cry. We walked out to here comes the Sun. Didn't have The Beatles for first dance but I like From me to you.

I'll second 'In My Life', I played this live for a first dance on a couple of occasions and it works really well. 'I Will' and 'Something' are both classics but if you're after something a little more fun and quirky then 'All You Need Is Love' or 'I Want To Hold Your Hand' would both be good options.

What about 'All you need is love' ????

I can already hear everyone joining in and singing the chorus!

I would say All you need is love too, sometimes the first dance can feel a bit uncomfortable but it definitely wouldn't if you had everyone singing along at each other :-)
