Belfast types - coffee/bun shops on the Lisburn Road

Any recommendations? Am woefully out of touch, the last time I minced about round here (rather than being stuck in the traffic on it on the way into work) was > 5 years ago. Starbucks is a no-go, is Arizona OK?

    Arizona is okay, but I prefer Clements - just beside the Chelsea.

    The Chcolate Shope (opposite the Chelsea) also does coffee, I think, but only has a very small seating area.

    There's always Randals?

    My parents live off the Lisburn Road and my mum seems to spend most of her time drinking coffee on the Lisburn Road ?

    OOoh, good point about Clements - IIRC they had done a refit job last time I was passing. Whenever I'm back my mum and I have to do the Lisburn Road Crawl - pick up the coffee and poke about in all the posh shops with no intention of buying anything ?

    I'm always amazed at all the posh cars and handbags that you see on the Lisburn Road now - it's just a bit different from when I was wee!

    (PS - now I want to go to Ruby Tuesdays for a fried egg soda?)
