Biscuit favours..how i stop them going soggy?

MrsCJ, 28 June, 2011 at 13:33 Posted on Planning 0 6

Hi,

The men are having plain shortbread with millionaire's shortbread on top then a bit of tablet on top of that. All mini size. BUT my sis in law to be has said we should make these up the night before the wedding to stop them going soggy...not happening!? I'll have plenty other things to worry about!

Anyway, i bought clear cellophane with purple ribbon but can anyone suggest something better?

Thanks xx

I'd make them up a few days before the wedding and keep them in an airtight container ?

I did biscuits for my xmas hampers and like you didnt want to be doing them at last minute so I put them in the zip lock sarnie bags so they were airtight and then wrapped them in cellophane and tied with ribbon, dont know if you can get something like that in a small size?

I make shortbread millionaires and don't find they go soggy in 2 days.. do you have time for a trial run then you could test them on the wrapper?? or leave in an air tight contain and then wrap the night before??
