Blush!

Daria, 1 August, 2024 at 13:04 Posted on Beauty & Wellbeing 0 1
Hi lovelies,
I'm the bride to be and I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced and solved this problem.
I blush violently whenever any sort of attention is on me. I hate being the centre of attention for this reason but as the bride I won't be able to escape that on my wedding day!Any ideas on maybe calming techniques? Or how to stop blushing if that's even possible? Makeup maybe? Help a girl out please !!

    1. Calming techniques: Practice deep breathing or mindfulness before key moments, like your walk down the aisle or speeches. Try to stay grounded by focusing on your partner or a happy thought.

    2. Makeup: A good foundation with green-toned primer can help reduce redness. Setting sprays and mattifying powders also help keep things in place and can give you more confidence.

    3. Avoiding triggers: Before the big day, rehearse the moments that make you blush (like saying your vows) with a small group so you can get more comfortable with the attention.
