First of all, can she read braille? Depending on visual impairment, a large copy may be adequate.

(My Mum is partially blind and I am doing an A4 order of service with big simple text for her)

Yes she is able to read Braille. We want to primary school together and I can still remember the clunking and pinging of her old Braille machine lol. Up until about a year ago she would have been fine with large print but unfortunately due to a cataract operation going wrong she has now completely lost all her sight . Her guide dog is coming too to be bridesmaid :-D

Your local RNIB branch should be able to help, possibly for a small donation.
