Bridal party

Jess, 17 November, 2020 at 10:58 Posted on Planning 0 5
Hello!
I’ve decided against bridesmaids as I just don’t want to go down the traditional route and the extra cost and hassle and I don’t have a close group of friends so I have decided I’d like to invite the female members of my family to get ready with me but I’d like to do something nice to ask them like you would with bridesmaids but I don’t know what!

I would just ask face to face as it isn't a formal thing and then I would maybe organise for there to be a breakfast spread put on or have something delivered and supply some cocktails or prosecco for them all on the day?

Yes I think that’s what I’ll do, maybe get them some nice flowers too, I just want them to feel more a part of the day than just a guest!

This sounds lovely! You could always ask them to be a part of your 'Bridal Party' rather than a Bridesmaid?

I’ve gone down the “bridal party” rather than bridesmaids route - mainly bc I’m having mostly male friends and family as my “bridesmaids “ but it might be one way to put it to make them feel more involved Smiley smile
