Bride’s party getting ready

Anne, 2 September, 2021 at 23:43 Posted on Planning 0 2
Hi, my daughter is having a barn wedding next September. Accommodation there comprises of a sweet room with en suite a little kitchenette and couple of shepherds huts that are accounted for. The venue is about 45 min drive from our home. She wants me and her to stay in the room at the farm the night before which is great. Issue is getting ready with the bridesmaids. The room is not big enough and they can all stay with their parents in our home town and then meet us at the farm. We wondered about a tent set up with electricity for hair appliances/chairs: mirrors/ hanging rails etc. Would appreciate feedback.

If she wants them all with her to get ready then the tent could work as long as the venue allow it, as there will be insurances to consider. Or she could have them get ready at home and come to meet her a bit earlier at the venue? I guess the logistics of the tent and cost could be a factor to consider, it really depends on how bad she wants them with her in the morning. I am having my MOH, Mum and step daughter with me and the other 4 will be meeting me at the venue as I cant deal with the stress of everyone getting ready together!
