    My bridesmaids would definitely tell me what to do with this contract if I presented this to them (not that I would!). Hopefully it is a joke, although as Sam12345 pointed out, there is probably a few people out there who would actually use this!

    Shockingly, I know a lot of people who actually DO use these. (Not EXACTLY worded that way but VERY similar! Yes, including the part about gaining weight!) Mostly in the US, but I still think it takes the special feeling and excitement and throws it right on it's butt on the street... B(
