Bridesmaid dresses for a 14 year old!

Help!! I am stuggling to find options for a bridesmaid dress for my little sister! I didnt want to order one from a bridal shop as my sister is a tom boy and will be changing in the evening. There is only 1 in next in her size, but want some different options. Have looked at the obvious (M&S, Debenhams etc) and 14 year olds dresses are not available! Any ideas???

    Wouldn't a 14 year old be in adult sizes anyway? my bridesmaid was 14 when we bought her dress, it's an adult size from debenhams.

    I wasn't sure. I might try her in some and see what they look like! Thanks for the suggestion. Some places do still have 14 year olds in the childrens category.

    I'd think 14 was a bit old to be looking in the childs section, to be honest. especially if she's a tomboy (so probably a bit self-conscious anyway), she wont want to be wearaing a kids dress. Ours is coast, she looks lovely in it. x

    White or ivory for her ideally. Adults have a pinky lilac colour

    What are the adult dresses like? i do think 14 is a bit old not to be classing her as an adult...

    I'm in the same boat - I have my two nieces and best friend and wanted them all to have the same. My nieces will be 13 & 14 and the 13 year old hates anything girly - although she has at least agreed to wear a dress! I also have the problem of finding something that's not too old for them as my OH's sister in law has said she doesn't want them in anything 'innapropriate'!

    We have found though that an adult size 8 fits my niece ok, although may need a bit of alteration as she is very slim, but it might give you more options that the kids sections?

    I have just realised that I have made a mistake with this post! My little sister is actually 11 nearly 12 but is so tall that she has to wear size 13 to 14. I dont want her wearing something thats too old for her hence why I have been looking at childrens ones. I will try looking at size 8 ones though in adult sizes to see ifI can find something. The older bridesmaids have long strapless dresses. Popski, it was an effort getting agreement from her to wear a pretty dress!!!

    Try monsoon. Just had a quick look and they go up to age 13.

    Hadnt thought of them! Thanks!! Just worried at the rate she is growing at she will need a 14 by the time our wedding day arrives!!
