Has anyone ordered and returned bridesmaid dresses off ever-pretty? How was the process? Was it just returned and refunded no problems?

Hi,

I've done this. We agreed on bridesmaid dresses only for the other bridesmaid to completely mess up ordering and get the wrong dress despite showing screenshots of the correct one. By the time they'd arrived the one the bride chose was out of stock in the other girl's size, so back they had to go. It was really simple, I sent it back, they refunded me. I ordered something else from them, which was gorgeous. The other bridesmaid didn't bother sending hers back so no refund was given - she demanded the bride refund her instead...
Long story short, Ever Pretty is great, bad bridesmaid maid choices less so 😅
