Budget friendly venues

We’re having 25 guests so not super small but intimate enough for us. I started by searching for small and elopement venues in our chosen location and went from there. I also found that a lot of the photographers I looked at had a list of venues on their websites where they’ve been before and I looked through that way too.

It might be worth having the ceremony at your registrar/place of worship and then booking a room at a local pub. We booked a room in a lovely country pub with stunning gardens, and all they charged us for was the food & drink. It came in at about 1/10th of the cost of the cheapest 'small wedding' venues in the same area!
