Budget venues West midlands

Any ideas on a venue that won't cost a fortune? We were thinking of lichfield registry office and to save on costs somewhere we could have a buffet and drinks rather than the formal meal. Castle Hotel Tamworth has a great deal and tempted with that but just thought I'd ask.
