Buffet reception

Buffet receptions generally do not have a table plan, but no reason why you can not have one. Napkins/ holders is entirely up to you. Come to think of it I am struggling to remember a wedding that had holders, they are usually just folded, mostly flat but here are some ideas.

You don't HAVE to have one, but personally, I LOATHE weddings that don't have seating plans. I've nearly always gone to weddings on my own, and it's super awkward when every table is filled with a bunch of people who came together and you feel like you are gate crashing wherever you sit!

We are having a buffet for our meal and we aren't doing a seating plan, but to avoid what RGS has said we have made sure that everyone knows at least one other person there by giving people a plus one if we know they won't know anyone else
