cadbury themed wedding ideas

Dont know if it looks cheap to you but it did make for cheap favours AND were also the place names

Wi was thinking of buying mini boxes of cadbury roses as i want to name the tables after what you get in a box of roses

,strawberry creme,the green one etc but i cant remember all names, how much would it be for the labels shown in the pic? x

I have been looking round but not many people have had this theme i dont think i wanted something unique to us and we love a good box of choccy roses. my mother in law to be thinks its an excellent idea too. and i shall ask my uncle to do labels he very good on a computer :-).

I was thinking glass bowls with the chocs inside with a pillar candle or something like that im going to get the big tins at xmas and try a few ideas out. everytime i think of doing one thing something else pops in my head and then my brain goes to mush lol.but im deffo having the names like strawberry creme, i think the other one is caramel barrel but im going to look them all up :-)

Just found the names theres strawberry dream,golden barrel,fudge velvet,coffee suprise,toffee and tangy orange cream :-)

I wanted something different and to tie in with the choc theme the dessert is warm choc fudge cake with white choc sauce and vanilla ice cream mmmmmmmm lol

Sounds great - but i imagine the candle would melt the chocolate.

They already have the big tins out in bg supermarkets - £5 in asda.... not that i'm a chocoholic or anything ;-)

Have you visited Cadbury World? I went last year and they had chocolate shoes and all sorts that could be used on tables etc!

Still pondering about this theme im in 2 minds really :-/ but i love this idea as it is unique and unusual my OH is just leaving me to it lol

I LOVE that idea!! And I absolutely don't think it makes it look cheap.

It is your wedding and everything that you do should be what you want ... I have seen and taken inspiration from ideas such as this myself ... I haven't seen this exact idea before but have seen it done with sweets then a giant cocktail glass full of that particular sweet for centrepiece .. but with Roses I would want the entire wedding to revolve around the strawberry ones because they are mine and OHs fave!!
