can anyone tell me about a havan ceremony?

Our friends are getting married in june and ive just received the invite and theres also an invite to the havan ceremony 2 weeks later at the hindu temple.

can anyone tell me about it please? what does it involve? how long does it last etc

also i know this will sound like a silly question but what will the dress code be?
