Can i remove categories from Supplier Manager?

There's some default categories in the "Supplier Manager" section that I know I won't want to hire—the most glaring example being "Groomswear", as my partner & I will both be brides! Rather than have the supplier manager constantly tell me that I've not hired 100% of the suppliers I need, and ending up with a status of "24 out of 25 hired" at most, is there a way to remove the categories I'm not using & have the Supplier Manager only prompt me to book vendors I actually need?

Did you ever find the answer to this? We are having catering at our venue, so don't need the 'Catering' supplier (or a couple of others), but it's very frustrating that an option to remove the category seemingly doesn't exits.
