Can you freeze pasta bake ?

Yes it freezes well, Ive made lots of different one over the years and they all freeze ok, just make sure theyre cooked through piping hot once defrosted.

I always freeze left over pasta dishes (I used them for lunches at work). They never taste quite as nice defrosted and reheated though.

I tend not to freeze cooked dried pasta iyswim. I don't freeze rice or potato either if I can help it. The starch makes it go weird when you cook it back through.

Ah, differing opinions then. I'll just do one for the freezer and see how it tastes. We do have potato that's been frozen and reheated (on shepherds pie) so probably won't notice the difference.
