Generally not, no. But you could try the salary department and see if they could copy their copy. But they are in their rights to say no.

I always take copies, as I'm sure most other salary depts. We don't charge for copies though.

I dont think you can get another one (From when I worked in payroll) but you can get all the information from it from your payroll department or ask them for a copy of their copy.

It is a pain having to redo P60's and you are supposed to keep it safe, so I think they are in their rights to charge you really - it's not as easy as pressing a button
