candles in summer??

teeheeyoucrazyguys!, 1 July, 2008 at 22:41 Posted on Planning 0 3

Is there any point using candles during the summer evening, on reception tables???? the room has large french windows which spill onto the garden and there are windows all round (with curtains).... I wont buy candles if they are going to be an extra expense i can do without.

I've been tempted by candles for our table centres but as we're getting married late July and not really have an evening do, should be finished by about 8pm, decided against them.

I guess it partly depends how late you're expecting the party to go, but it sounds like you don't really want candles?

You can still use candles in Summer & will get the glow from them even on a Summer evening. We use them all year round.
