Candy floss machine

Anyone had one of these? Did people use it? I already have an 8ftsweet cart but it's an adult only wedding and while I like candy floss I don't want to be throwing more money that will only appear to the minority. Will this and a sweet cart be too much?

I have to admit I haven't seen many candy floss machines. I can only remember one. The most popular seem to be candy carts but also popcorn/hotdog/nachos are quite popular too.

I could be biased. I don't like candy floss. I did when I was a kid but not now.

There was one on a groupon for £59 last week. H2B had to rein me in or I would have ordered it!

I guess it depend on your budget and how much you want it. Personally I wouldn't have both a sweet cart AND Candy floss (although I do like a good wand of candy floss) especially at an all adult wedding. If you think you need something else, I'd be tempted to go down the savoury route, especially for later in the night. I always go for salt over sweet if i've been drinking.

It wouldn't appeal to me, but nor would a sweet cart either. I think both would be overkill personally.

I went to a wedding last year and they had a candy cart and candy floss machine, it was awesome. Totally loved it. I want one myself but money wont allow it I don't think.

I've only photographed one wedding with a candyfloss machine, it was very popular! I think they are good for summer weddings outdoors. I wouldn't like to see what happens if they are used indoors!
