Hi all.

I need some inspiration (again!)

I have a personalised hessian sack to match my rustic-y theme. I got it from eBay, similar to this

I've bought a vintage suitcase from eBay for £10 and am planning on some bunting strung across saying 'cards'.

Nice and cheap and fitting for my vintage tea party casual garden wedding :-)

We're hiring a Royal Mail style post box (although its fibreglass instead of the traditional cast iron ones). Its only costing us £30 to hire it, and although we don't think that any of our guests are not trustworthy, we wanted something that was lockable for piece of mind for the cards that have money in them.

This! We are doing the same. Hiring a gorgeous white one! And can only be opened by the key that will be in our room x

Keep an eye on the post boxes, my best mate had one and thankfully they took the cards out at the end of the night, as it went awol after that! They never found it.

My brother made us a dolls house with a slit in the top for envelopes and a lock on the side. (we were saving for a house at the time). We only had 1 guest bring a gift, and it was placed on the table where the dolls house thing was.

We're using a basic white cardboard post box bought from Home bargains for £5 that we're going to tart up!

I think we might be getting a papier mache ready box from Hobbycraft - they have post box shaped ones for only £10.

Then I'll tart it up with the colours of my theme.
