I would say is a bit cheeky. Personally I wouldn't do it, guests do not expect to pay for food and if you are providing a free option they are not likely to use the van. The catering company will normally have a charge in their contract, so not sure they will come out if you are not guaranteeing a payment and you could then be asked to pay a fee as a minimum spend so I would double check before you sign, or scrap the plan all together!

Hmmm I don’t think it would be a great idea. If people are full off the buffet and plus drinking will they pay for extra food? Maybe not and surely they’ll have a standard deposit so may not be worth it x
