Catering in Tuscany - Help needed!

Hi all!

My fiance and I are hoping to get married in Tuscany next September - venue TBD. We will probably have approx. 80-100 guests at our wedding.

I have spent time recently looking at some catering websites and my worry is that the food will be a little to 'Tuscan style' for my guests!!

Some of the guests are a little fussy food wise and prefer quite plain food. I think they would likely prefer the typical Irish wedding food menu- for example the usual veg soup, beef dinner, etc!! I looked at some menus and I know a lot of my guests unfortunately would not appreciate, for e.g, 'Macaroni and Rabbit'

Has anybody any recommendations re. good caterers in Tuscany?

Did anybody else have the same issue when choosing the buffet/reception menus for their Italian wedding?!

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated! Thanks to all in advance!
