Ceremony music- live or recorded?!

My venue is organising the recorded music - we chose the song obviously - and they will fade out at the point we've selected, and be on hand to alter as needed if the walk down the aisle takes a bit longer than anticipated or anything like that! Ask your venue if they can do this, if not, task the music cues to a trusted friend or family member (my brother was originally going to do this before the venue said they do this all the time!).

I agree with Charlotte that live is so expensive, for the sake of a couple of minutes I don't think it's worth the money personally, unless you're planning on reusing that artist for the evening.
