Certificate of no impediment wrong..help!!

I’ve made a massive mistake on my CNI😢
My fiancé & I are getting married in Greece & I registered my CNI as a civil partnership, when I should have done it as a civil union. I obviously got the translation wrong when I was speaking to the Greek register office. Can we still go ahead with a civil union using the civil partnership CNI or will I have to get it changed? I’m really worried as the wedding is in 4 weeks & I need to get it translated with an apostle stamp too
