Change of address after giving notice??

Hello everyone! I was just wondering if anyone knew what I need to do as we have moved house since giving notice!

We hadn't planned to move but our landlord sold our house before Christmas and we had to move out pronto.

Does anyone know what to do? I can't seem to find any advice anywhere online ☹️

    Contact the register office and surely they can advise you?

    I will do on Monday when they open again - it only just occurred to me now when I got out the certificates ao just wondered if anyone had experinced this or knew then answer before I call them.

    taken from a random council website: Moving to a different address before your wedding

    We can direct you to the correct office if you are in any doubt. It does not matter if you move to a different address before your wedding day so long as the seven days residence requirement is established before you each give notice.

    i would give your registrars a call to let them know but looks like it won't be a problem ?

    Would love to hear what they say. I'm potentially going to be in a similar situation but with having banns read and its a bit stressful! Fingers crossed its all simple for you.
