Well you can eat unlimited ammounts of most of it unless it specifies. I know 3 people that have tried it. The weight loss like anything I guess must vary on what you have to lose in the first place.

Is this the HCG diet? If its just for one week wont you just put it all back on when you eat normally again like the cabbage soup diets etc?

The three people I know who did it said they didn't but I don't really know. I was hoping for a kick start I guess which is why I was wondering if anyone had tried it ? It might be rubbish , definately not something to be done for any length of time. Just a quick fix I guess ?

WSS. Join a gym, eat more veg, cut out naughty foods, eat less red meat, drink water instead of fizzy drinks. You might lose in one week but it'll all come back on when you eat 'normally'

17 eggs in one week? Filling, in more ways than one. This diet sounds like a dreadful idea. What's so hard about eating a proper diet?

There is nothing wrong with eating a proper diet. For one week if it worked I would find that motivating is all. Of course I can see long term it isn't the way forward . Just fancied a push and thought I would see if anyone had tried it is all Smiley smile

Enterflora you are quite correct it is not something to be advocated long term which I guess is why it is only a week. But if I were like you and could eat 2500 calories a day with a " fast metabolism " I wouldn't believe in diets either !!!!!! lol
