Chicken Liver Pate

Does anyone have a good recipie????

    1 onion, chopped. 4 rashers bacon, chopped. Walnut-sized knob of butter. - In pan, saute until onion is transparent.

    Add 250g chicken livers, 2 bay leaves and a splash of brandy. Cover and cook for 20 minutes.

    Take out the bay leaves, season with S&P and some mixed herbs if you like, liquidise and fridge.
