Don't bother grating it, juust chuck it in, it will melt ?

I always chuck a square or two in at the start, usually Lindt 99% cocoa.

For the 'proper' effect you really need cocoa mass.... But I'd put it in with just enoough time to let it melt (about the same time as I add my leaf coriander).

Try a bit of fresh grounf coffee too, but put it in early.

Coffee?! I've tried chocolate but never heard of coffee being added. Does it give a distinct coffee taste or is not so noticable, like the chocolate?

You don't taste 'coffee' but you know it's there.

Hmmm, I'm still not convinced ? Mind you, it took me a while to get my head around the chocolate idea, and now I don't do without it.
