Churches aren’t all listed

Hi, I’ve been trying to add a church as a wedding venue, but the site is set up for an American style audience where the ceremony is a non religious site in a package format.
Also, putting in details of a village is proving difficult as it only recognises towns. I live in a rural area and the towns are miles away.
Any ideas as the email I sent to Hitched has been ignored.
