Civil ceremony help

Hi, I’m getting married at 2025 and having a civil ceremony with the ceremony and reception taking place at the same venue. Can anyone help with what I need to arrange for the ceremony? What’s usually included in the order service? We won’t be doing prayers, religious readings etc. also, so you know if we meet with the registrar beforehand to discuss the order of the ceremony?
