You also need music for register signing and for exit.

This is what I'd do:

15 min music while guests are waiting

entrance song

3 x songs for register signing (but you might only need the first)

exit song

We saw the Registrar last week and were told we needed music for entrance, 3 songs for signing the register and exit music, which we had already chosen. Then she told us we would need 8 songs for when the guests are being seated! We are now busy choosing them :-/

We've had pretty much the same - 20 mins while being seated (which they can supply if we want to), entrance, 2-3 for signing the register, and exit

Gosh, my registrar never mentioned music! Best phone them!
