Today I am having
Breakfast: peanut butter on a slice of toast
Lunch: peanut butter on a slice of toast (I forgot my lunch and umbrella!)
Dinner: king prawn spaghetti with a lemon thyme sauce. Recipe here
I've got a huge appetite jojo. The tubs of soup are massive - they're technically two servings but I have the whole thing. I also have really rather large portions of risotto (and any other meal I make).
I just don't tend to get too hungry in the mornings for some reason - something small tends to keep me ok til noon.
Hmm I don't know to be honest - you're best asking Flow or Claire about that. I never had them when I was doing slimming world (always too lazy to work the syns out) but have them now I'm calorie counting.
The non skinny ones are gorgeous too and they're still only 300 calories for the whole pot (depending on flavour). The chicken and orzo one is delightful and really filling.
SW isnt about calories, so i always avoid taking the calorie content as a given, even when working out syns! I alwasy use the syn directory online!! Even if a soup says 50% tomato...the other 50% can be anything, stuff to make it keep fresher longer etc, this is what makes it less good i guess ? *is no expert*
Yeah that's why I never had them on SW. They're great when you're calorie counting though!

i weighed myself before and after workout and gained a pound! should till get a loss at sw though.
