Cocktail table names.....would it irritate you?

We're calling our tables after names does that mean people are going to think they are transported back to that date?

What about when tables are named after places does your friend think that s/he gets a holiday to that destination?

Totally!! I'm normally quite happy with my decisions, but not any more (but some people do seem to say the opposite of what you want on purpose methinks)

Cocktail name is great.

I wouldn't expect to then be given said cocktail, but it would sure as hell make me go and order one of that type at the bar, so I hope your venue is prepared for cocktail shaking!

I'd be disappointed if I ended up on a table of a cocktail I didn't like :-) but having said that I've never come across a cocktail I didn't like :-)

Yeah we're thinking about places we've been. Does that mean people are gonna get a holiday to those places. A friend of ours had Starbucks coffees as table names and she didn't serve them at the bar! Ha go for it xx

Sounds to me like she's been watching one too many episodes of 4 Weddings! I've seen this type of thing done on that show, but no I wouldn't expect to be given a cocktail nor would I be disappointed if I didn't get one.

We are having Yorkshire Beers for our table names, we aren't serving said beers at the bar (much to OH's disappointment)

We're having Marvel/DC superheroes as our table names....i hope no one expects guest appearances from Wolverine and Batman!
