I am normally quiet healthy and have never taken anything more than a paracetmol...until now. I have never feel so sick as I do now - doctor advise MAY be some drowsiness, I was totally wiped out, sick and dizzy - have called them this morning and he was like Oh yes this is what it does to you -...

    ? Clodders.

I think most people would fall over just reading the amounts of drugs we take, let alone even think about taking that many!

I thinking of asking to move from aziothioprine to methatrexate. I just don't think it's working as well as it should. Do you take it once a week or every day? ?

Cjb ,not at all rather have a warning re the meds just in case I was taking them wrong,No offence taken in any way.

    Mrs M

I take the methotrexate every week on a tuesday then feel hungover all day wed,I know how scarey it all reads before you take it but i can honestly say I have no bad effects(apart form the hangover on wed), I do drink on it and actually seem to have less infections than before even though my immune system must be nil.

Pm me if you want to know anything about it,Im on 17.5 mg per week at the mo.

OMG all these horror stories! I've just been given co-codamol for sciatica and the GP didn't say anything about side effects. Luckily, I seem to be OK with it.
