Confetti and lace lakeside

RomanticPinkBridesmaid94, 13 July, 2014 at 20:16 Posted on Planning 0 3

Hello all,

I've already bought my wedding dress from this shop but since then I've read lots of bad reviews. I know there's nothing I can do now except hope and pray that my dress arrives in perfect condition and I don't have any of the issues others have had. I've heard that their alteration service is poor so even if I do require alterations I'll probably go elsewhere.

I am still worried however Smiley sad wrote this post really just to share my woe- any good experiences out there?

Hi, I cant really offer any real assurance. Apart from the fact ive been in their a few times and the woman seemed to be quite friendly and willing to help. I hadnt made an appointment, was just passing and popped in for a quick look, I was tempted to make an appointment, but decided against in the end.

    Hi,

I had an appointment here and their service was amazing. It was recommended to me from my friend who purchased her dress from them. She had no issues whatsoever and her dress was gorgeous.

Having been to lots of bridal stores and being unable to find "the dress" I wasn't expecting much, but it was the second dress I tried on and I fell in love. This was back in April and I am going back in a few weeks to try again and possibly put down deposit as I haven't found it anywhere else cheaper. At the end of the day you don't have to have your alterations done by them. I haven't heard anything negative, but you can never please everyone (I work in retail!!) and negative comments always travel faster than positive.

Good luck and hope this has helped

I have just put a deposit down for a Justin Alexander dress at Confetti and lace on Friday. I absolutely loved my experience and the staff were so helpful (even lending me an iPhone charger when My phone died at the critical point!)

Now I am concerned about the alterations service as the dress I have chosen needs a lot of work to make it my dream dress..... lets hope the reveiws arn't true and it was probably just a couple of miserable brides!
