Hey

Our original package came with an on the day coordinator. If we change date I don't think this is included.
Do we really need one? Any tips on how to manage without?

If you are having an all in one package at a venue I personally think it is good to have a coordinator as they will manage all the on site team and timings etc on the day so it is seamless. It is useful to have one person to communicate with so any queries are not lost in translation if going through several people. I would ask the question to your venue, as I am not sure why you wouldn't get it by changing your date. Personally, I feel more relaxed knowing I have one to manage the day for us
