Cousins

Technically, you are supposed to invite entire groups - so if you invite one cousin, you should invite them all. However, I think you can get away with only inviting some as long as there is a really clear distinction between the ones you invite and the ones you don't in terms of how often you interact.

For example, I invited two aunts and one uncle to our wedding, but none of the others. Those three people had all met my fiancé more than once, and we speak/meet up multiple times a year. With all my other uncles and aunts, communication is limited to Christmas cards and the occasional family reunion - none of them had ever met my OH and it had been over three years since I'd seen them in person myself. I know one aunt was a bit miffed that she didn't get invited, but I still get Christmas cards from her - which was all the contact I had before! - so it doesn't seem to have altered our relationship.

So I think if you regularly see the cousins you want to invite but never see the others, then you could get away with it. But if you see them about equally and it's just that you get on better with some than others, then I think you have to either invite all or none - unless you're prepared to deal with the family fallout!
