crest whitening strips **quick review**

Do you find these make your teeth really sensitive? I have sensitive teeth already and i know a lot of whitening kits give you really bad sensitivity.

I see from the info tha tyou're supposed to wear them for 30 mins, twice a day, or one hour at a go (changing the strip after 30 mins). What have you done and when do you find time to do it?

I don't have 30 minutes in the morning before I leave for work, so I'd have to do it either all at once, or straight when I get home from work and again later in the night.

Well last year I got lazer teeth whitening done, I wish I never did, I had awful headache for a month and my teeth stayed white for about a week

I Haven't experienced bad headaches yet with these,a slight one but it goes quicker than it came,

I normally wear the strips in the bath,Its really easy to use!

Never heard of them ! how do you use them ?

The 1st couple days teeth felt a bit sensitive but they are fine now x

They are thin sticky See throu strips thay you put on your teeth below your gums and leave on for 30 mins a day

I bought and used them at the beginning of the year. They are fab! People did notice a difference in my teeth too, without being prompted. They made my teeth really sensitive, to the put where they felt really soft and about to fall out! This soon stopped when I stopped brushing my teeth straight after using them. They are well worth the money.

Does anyone know if they're suitable for crowns?

No they do not work with crowns

* I tend not to brush my teeth straight after as i heard this is bad and could take off some of the enamel off your teeth xx
