OK so I promised H a guinea fowl done in the crockpot for this evening's meal to make up for the 1001 casseroles he's been served when I cook lately...
So, I have recipes online that I've found...
But, they seem to suggest that the entire guinea fowl is not covered by liquid? I.e. that it only goes halfway up?
Is that right?
