Cruise ship wedding

Hi all, can anyone recommend a cruise ship company to get married with? We are thinking it will just be the two of us. We are both from and living in the UK and would like to go further afield - Far East or Caribbean in June/July 2018. P&O only appear to do Europe during June or July. Royal Caribbean have a lot of choice but they seems to be USA based. How can I make sure our wedding is legal in the UK? Can anyone offer some advice who speak from experience The doubt is making me think an elopement to somewhere beautiful in the UK may be a safer option. Gemma
