Custom website domain

Hi all,


Has anyone purchased the website builder package with custom domain name?


We have registered our domain with hitched, got a mail confirming the website was "active" but when we go to the link, we get the error: "

Network Error (dns_server_failure)

Your request could not be processed because an error occurred contacting the DNS server.The DNS server may be temporarily unavailable, or there could be a network problem."


I have contacted hitched several times but not heard back. Any help or pointers would be appreciated.
