We have found the perfect dress at the Westfield, Stratford store and plan to go back to the store just to confirm our choice and then order the dresses,
However, I am reading very mixed reviews of the store's after purchase customer service and their alterations service and related costs so I am a little dubious. Expecting that all dresses will need to be taken up and some may need minor work at the top so would be grateful to hear anyones relatively recent experience with this store re ordering and altering bridesmaids dresses.
