I think as a couple, the toppers suit them.

They've always come across as quite quirky, and the spuds reflect that.

I agree with ER, I think they're fun and suit them, it seems like they had quite a laid back wedding.

I just saw this on twitter. I quite like the fact that the ones she ordered didnt turn up and she just went "sod it, we'll stick potatoes on top"

I'd have put a few fresh flowers or some more fruit on the top. This is just plain weird. And unattractive.
